Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Helps design graphic content for employee communication channels
Assists in the development, production, and completion of internal marketing programs
Supports day-to-day campaign management activities
Help drive employees engagement in the different Activities, Programs, Employee Resource Groups and Innovation Competitions
Plan and execute events and activities with the relevant stakeholders
Assists with local execution and works closely with senior executives to assist in building out-of-the-box initiatives
Contributes and supports multiple communication initiatives
Job Requirements
Graphic Design and Arts undergrad with up to 1 year of experience
Highly talented with graphics designing skills with excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn
An entrepreneurial attitude and Intellectual curiosity
Excellent command of English Language
Strong Communications skills
Ability to develop written content for newsletters, announcements and internal magazines is a plus
Previous experience in events planning and management is a plus
