This role will work closely with Learning & Development team to design training materials for various platforms and uses within the organization and will provide an opportunity to work with best of L&D experts in the field. Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Support the department with print/digital design solutions (brochures, certificates, E-Magazines, banners, etc.) for various training needs of the organization
Designing promotional materials (posters and/or videos) for training-related projects and/or events for EKFC media platforms
Updating training PowerPoint presentations and manuals to follow EKFC branding and design standards
Assisting Learning Experience Designer in creating graphic elements for online modules
Creating layout and design templates following EKFC branding
Organize and facilitate photo and video shoots, and work on the post-processing of images and/or videos
Job Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or any other related fields
Experience in designing print & digital media
Strong skills in photo, video production and post-processing
Proficient in both Mac & Windows systems
Working knowledge in creating and developing 360 videos and virtual reality
People oriented with proficiency in oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and monitors own work to ensure quality
Work requires continual attention to detail in creating, developing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
Able to work independently and with less supervision after the initial brief
