Job Description
To design & implement acquisition strategy for the credit cards business, resulting in achievement of annual sales/acquisition targets To work with stakeholders (Agile Team, sales and other enablers) to improve the customer experience, improve TAT, and optimize/maximize efficiencies
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Understand target customer segments, identify their needs, and drive product development & CVP (and appropriate marketing/advertising actions) accordingly
Develop & execute strategies to meet card sales (and new balances, activation, etc.) KPIs for the year
Work with stakeholders to setup & launch new sales engines & channels; grow and maximize existing ones
Work with stakeholders (Agile & otherwise) to revise/improve processes, incentives, policies, headcount, KPIs and systems to improve
a) The customer onboarding experience
b) Number of cards sold
c) TAT
d) efficiencies/costs
Work with digital squad to maximize digital credit card sales
Ensure appropriate controls & governance as per policies of the bank
Job Requirements
8-15 years of experience in retail banking (with 3+ years direct experience of acquisition of financial services)
Bachelor’s degree holder
Good analytics skills
Good digital marketing
Understanding of tech in the e2e digital journey of cards acquisition & underwriting
