Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - ADIB is currently recruiting for the role of Lawyer - Contracts
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts and other legal documents(corporate, retail, syndications and collaterals) in both languages Arabic and English
Managing a team of corporate lawyers and other members of the legal department.
Negotiating contract terms, transactions, and settlements on behalf of the businesses involved.
Assess and advise effectively to minimize and control legal risks and ensure that the polices, controls and processes are legally appropriate.
Job Requirements
8-10 years Banking Legal experience.
Specialized in contracts and legal advice (Corporate).
Strong knowledge of the laws related to Banking sector and financial leasing activities.
General knowledge of Islamic finance and the related banking products.
Fluent in Arabic and English drafting.
