    ALEXBANK is currently recruiting for the role of Senior Corporate Social Responsibility and Shared Value Officer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Assess partnership requests in accordance to CSR & SD Office Strategy.

    • Maintain good relationships with partners and beneficiaries.

    • Ensure all partner and beneficiary relations are proactively managed.

    • Support Unit Head by acting as a focal point for the Bank’s biggest CSR & SV partners, including strategic partners in development and key nation-wide charity associations (ie. Italian Embassy in Cairo, Sawiris Foundation for Social Development, Egyptian Food Bank, all charitable hospital partners, etc…).

    • Support Unit Head in managing key CSR projects and initiatives like Ebda3 men Masr and Improving the Living Conditions of Children in Street Situations.

    • Arrange periodical field visits to monitor and evaluate project and events progress in coordination with M&E Office and relevant project manager.

    • Report on projects and events progress to Unit Head.

    • Prepare reports on major events impact to be presented ALEXBANK Management and relevant counterparts in the ISP Head Office.

    • Expected to propose new projects that fit within and leverage on the CSR and SV scope of work.

    • Handle day to day tasks relevant to all team members.

    • Support Unit Head by onboarding new team members and ensuring proper tasks allocation.

    • Report on major issues within the project/partnership managed. In this respect, “issues” covering key success/milestones as well as important concerns to be relayed to relevant decision makers.

    • Work closely with peer units and other support functions within ALEXBANK, in particular other units within the CSR and SD Office, as well as Internal Communication, Marketing, PR, and Legal offices.

    • Use internal communication to reinforce the company’s social responsibility strategy.

    • Improve the awareness of CSR projects across the organization.

    • Select partnership and sponsorship opportunities based on Bank objectives and CSR Strategy.

    • Supervise and coordinate the roll-out of all CSR projects and events with team members.

    • Cooperate with external agencies (PR, Advertising and Media) in order to promote CSR initiatives among the general public.

    • Supervise the planning, organization, and communication of key in-house events (ie. Blood Donation Campaigns, Monthly Forsa Bazaar, Ramadan initiatives).

    • Support Unit Head by generating follow-up and yearly reports including concrete results vs. objectives.

    • Support Unit Head when/where requested on Unit and team members’ performance internally and externally.

    • Follow the execution of CSR allocated budget and handle financial reporting in coordination with M&E Officer.

    • Act as Liaison with other Units and Office Heads in the absence of CSR and Shared Value Unit Head.
