    The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the end-to-end, full cycle of the recruitment and onboarding to source, select and hire top talent for CBI. This role controls the implementation of effective policies in the area of manpower planning, employee placement and drives the Emiratization strategy.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Develop and lead strategic initiatives to recruit and select a high caliber, professional and diverse workforce that identifies with CBI culture.

    • Responsible for the complete end-to-end recruiting function, to include maintaining a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates by Implementing progressive sourcing strategies

    • Manage the Emiratization strategy to ensure that we comply with government requirements of employment of UAE nationals

    • Provide data, statistics, feedback, and recommendations in order to optimize the recruiting process over time.

    • Supports the Head of Talent in the promotion of the overall Talent Management strategy to encompass: Performance; Culture & Behaviors; Talent Development; Talent Review; and Succession Planning.

    • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create/improve position descriptions that accurately reflect job duties and business requirements.

    • Partner and manage recruitment agencies and other vendors (i.e. external recruiters) associated with recruitment, ensure vendor contracts are in place and approved.

    • Work closely with the PRO team and have deep understanding of labor laws and visa processing.


    Job Requirements

    • Proven work experience as an In-house Recruiter with consulting background. 8+ years' of extensive experience in Talent Acquisition is a must.

    • Specialism in managing the Emiratization agenda and hiring strategy is required, plus Arabic language skills highly advantageous.

    • MBA/Bachelor with a specialization in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification.

    • Membership of International recognized HRM Professional association.

    • Exposure to broader topics and areas of Talent Management, highly advantageous.

    • Preferred Banking industry experience.
