The CIB Egypt is currently recruiting for the role of Payroll Relationship Manager
To acquire new payroll companies within the assigned Area and maintain a long term professional relationship with both, existing and newly acquired companies to achieve pre-set budgets.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Business Growth
Achieve the monthly acquisition targets of live accounts assigned to the Area by approaching potential companies (NTB and Existing) to offer payroll proposition while maintaining full understanding & differentiation between various payroll packages, and have the ability to thoroughly present them to the new targeted payroll companies.
Offer and negotiate new payroll deals and ensure obtaining all required documentation and ensure proper closure of the Payroll deal.
Manage overall relationship with customers till the accounts become live and ensure complying with pre-set criteria of the business acquisition defined by the payroll Acquisition.
Complete all documents related to account opening for newly acquired payroll companies and ensure they comply with the bank’s regulations and procedures.
Ensure with coding team that the existing/new company is coded or listed under CIB database prior offering payroll packages
Review the companies acquired to be matching with the CIB required criteria in terms of Quality and Risk ratings to enhance better Cross Selling to the new and existing payroll companies to increase penetration rates and provide a wide range of product offerings.
Ensure that companies provide an accurate salary scale for their employees in order to obtain the appropriate approval on payroll package.
Coordinate with the Payroll Distribution Team to ensure a smooth process for the Account Opening procedures to the new and existing payroll companies’ employees.
Service Quality
Responsible for the on-going management of relationship with the related payroll companies after sales through handling all enquiries promptly and conducting regular visits/ calls to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues that may arise.
Ensure quality control on the output pertaining to customer acquisition and service delivery, applying a zero tolerance policy towards fraud.
Provide the relevant Area Manager & Acquisition head with regular performance reports and updates on the market reaction to CIB payroll as well as competitor’s activities for possible enhancements.
Handle customer complaints efficiently and raise the unsolved ones to the Area Manager to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide proper training & follow up to the assigned employees from the company on the payroll system and run testing files before the company’s salary cycle
Monitor attrition of the existing portfolio in terms of company numbers, salary amounts & number of active employees, as well as ensure reporting the reasons behind the inactive accounts.
Compliance
Complies with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.

Follow all relevant department policies, processes and procedures ensuring that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner and mitigate any potential risk.
Day- to-day operations
Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job in the Area to ensure continuity of work
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree of Commerce, Business Administration, or of related Field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Very good command of English language
High Communication, Negotiation & Presentation skills
Decision making skills.
