Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Regional Strategy Support
Support the regional purchasing team of indirect materials in various projects (tender, strategy) to be rolled out in IMEA across all Services & technical supply projects
Prepare and participate in negotiations
Conduct benchmarks internally and externally and propose cost reductions projects
Take in charge the management & update of the SharePoint, search for improvement and be first contact person for countries to reach to
Market screening and finding new suppliers
Support in contract review together with Legal department
GCC Operational Support
Support the GCC purchasing manager in various operations and projects:
Especially major CAPEX projects in Saudi Arabia
Marketing projects in UAE to be implemented
Contract management
On-boarding/qualification of suppliers
Administrative part & follow up with Shared Service Center
Review of Quotations
Job Requirements
English & Arabic speaker is a must
Curious & Pro-active
Business Degree preferable
Only Fresh Graduates (Year 2019/2020)
