    Job Description

    Assist in the implementation of various initiatives in regards to employee compensation, benefits, HR policies and practices. Job also involves using advanced analytical skills on data analytics tools to produce various analytics empowering decision making. Liaising with HR Business on different HR activities & gather information and feedback.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Support in participation in various Compensation Surveys and provide analysis for best practices

    • Conduct analysis on fixed, variable pay & sales incentives to highlight key observations

    • Coordinate, support and deploy end to end Performance management process across the bank inclusive of communication and reporting. Support in deployment of system upgrades from time to time.

    • The job holder will be responsible for automating HR processes through the development of apps using MS Azure platform and tools like Share point, Power apps and Power Automate

    • The job holder will work with external vendors for the development of various HR apps right from inception stage to final delivery

    • Assist in reviewing the C&B related policies, maintain comprehensive list of policies, benefits and update manuals with approved changes

    • Use HR Analytics to design & produce HR Dashboards for different stakeholders

    • Assist in implementation of Bank’s objectives on compensation and benefits to meet internal equity and external competitiveness

    • Address any queries on HR policy interpretation

    • Good know how of Job evaluation methodology to support job creations & promotions

    • Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships

    • Required to interact with staff across all levels in the organization

    • Understand the various analytics requirements from stakeholders and help the design of dashboards

    • Work with internal customers i.e. all the groups & divisions to ensure the uniform and effective implementation of the HR initiatives and also keep in constant touch with a network of HR personnel of other organizations.

    • Problem Solving

    • Analyze and develop proposals for the technology inputs for the implementation of HR initiatives.

    • Analyze cost to impact for each of the technology proposals received by the HR Team

    • Analyze the need for Analytics within the Bank and come up with recommendations and solutions for Bank’s analytics program

    Job Requirements

    • UAE National

    • Graduate of Human Resources / Business Administration

    • 1-2 years of C&B experience similar to that stated in Key Result Areas above.

    • High analytical, MIS reporting skills and good know how on workings of analytics tools like PowerBi, Micro strategy etc.

    • Good knowledge of working on MS Azure platform with experience of working on Share point, Power apps and Power Automate

    • Good Interpersonal skills, high proficiency of written and spoken English language

    • Advanced proficiency with MS Office (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
