Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Handling customer complaints and queries related to Credit cards
Handle monthly operational tasks of the unit.
Preparation of MIS reports for redemptions.
Ensuring that all BAU operations are conducted in a seamless fashion with no customer issues while all Bank processes are followed.
Invoice processing and tracking
Account reconciliation and Submission in MARS
