Our Mega Graduate Program is a learn by doing experience in a fast -paced environment, which is designed to provide fresh graduates with exposure and knowledge required to get prepared for the market needs. Throughout the program, candidates will be placed with our forward thinking mentors who will guide and support them to grow in their careers as individuals.
As Mega Trainees in our Sales Department, our candidates will take part in valuable learning experiences including structured on job training during which he/she will work closely with Sales professionals in one of the 4 main Sales functions:
Trade Marketing
Sales Operations
Key Accounts Operations
Business Development (Key Accounts)
Location: Froneri Head Office, New Cairo Froneri Distribution Centers
Openings: 7 Openings
Duration: 10 -12 months (based on candidate's performance)

Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration
Major: Management, Marketing, Economics or related field.
Experience: Fresh graduate - maximum 1 year from graduation date
Previous extracurricular activities (volunteering or student activities)
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Pro-active & can do attitude
