Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Ensure safety guidelines are followed on all job sites
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.
Set the work programs and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
Generate autocad drawings for small projects, including Electric works.
Supervise workers to ensure the tasks in plan are being performed correctly.
Monitors progress periodically and compare it with the baseline planning job requirements.
Supervising subcontractor during installation and commissioning activates
Ensuring all installation activities are carried out according to last updated and approved drawing
Supporting subcontractor installation team /commissioning team during these activities
Manage and ensure progress for the work and activities of Sub-Contractor.
Check all safety requirement of sub-contractor’s workers and safety conditions before starting works at site with Safety supervisor
Ensure that works are implemented smoothly and safely during the different activities such as Lifting Installation of equipment, works at height, pulling of cables…
Prepare site daily report and site progress. job requirements
Job Requirements
Excellent User of Autocad
Can Generate Reports using Primavera
Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Management and leadership skills.
Recent Graduate.
