    the Commercial Bank of Kuwait - CBK is currently recruiting for the role of Customer Service Representative

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Assisting branch customers through video calls.

    • Accurately and efficiently process transactions such as Customers deposit checks through KECCS software following all the related regulations.

    • Assist customers by opening new accounts, informing them about Commercial bank’s products, and making sure that their documents are complete.

    • Manage customers’ cards (Activate and Deactivate) through KIOSK.

    • Making sure that branch customer’s requests/ inquiries are handled fully in a quality manner.


    Job Requirements

    • Proficiency in computer skills.

    • Customer focus and adaptability to different personalities.

    • Good in both English & Arabic (written & verbal).
