the Commercial Bank of Kuwait - CBK is currently recruiting for the role of Customer Service Representative
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Assisting branch customers through video calls.
Accurately and efficiently process transactions such as Customers deposit checks through KECCS software following all the related regulations.
Assist customers by opening new accounts, informing them about Commercial bank’s products, and making sure that their documents are complete.
Manage customers’ cards (Activate and Deactivate) through KIOSK.
Making sure that branch customer’s requests/ inquiries are handled fully in a quality manner.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in computer skills.
Customer focus and adaptability to different personalities.
Good in both English & Arabic (written & verbal).
