    Job Description

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Responsible for the delivery of projects with low complexity and low risk, the creation and delivery of the standard project plan under supervision.

    • Performs services based on multiple level 1 services of different practices as well as customized service offerings.

    • Prepares, maintains and submits clear and concise activity progress reports and time recording/management reports to customers, management and sales in accordance with published procedures.

    • Ensures system based project closure.

    • Controls financial and overall project compliance and ensures her/his projects are maintained on the central project management tool.

    • Provides input for weekly revenue forecast.

    • Drives customer satisfaction in order to achieve Total Customer Experience (TCE).

    • Handles and makes management aware of potential issues or customer escalations.

    • Capable of negotiating scope discrepancies with the customer and kick-starting the change management process as required.

    • Point of contact during the project for all aspects of the engagement.

    • Ensures transparency by regularly communicating project status to the project team and customer.

    • Understands how Dell Solutions and Dell Services business can provide additional benefit to the customer.

    • Provide performance feedback to management.

    • Effectively coordinates cross-functional project teams.

    • Stays abreast of current industry trends and new technologies.

    • Complete quarterly accreditations.

    • Capable of running customer meetings and delivering solution overview and project planning presentations to the customer.
