Job Description
Dubai Cable Company - Ducab Bdayati Program Human Resources Intern
Bdayati Program is launched to empower UAE Nationals by giving them opportunity to gain work experience in various fields in the organization and to ensure they are developed and upskilled to take on roles in various sectors.
Duration: 12 months and individuals will be on boarded on an Intern capacity level.
Hours of work: 8.5 hours, standard working hours are from 8 AM – 4:30 PM from Sunday to Thursday.
Benefits
Monthly stipend AED 10,000/- shall be paid to the Intern.
Basic Medical Coverage will be provided for self only if the intern does not have health insurance.
All Interns will be entitled for 5 working days paid leave for every 06 months. 5 days sick leave (on submission of medical certificate).
By end of the program all successful interns will be eligible to apply for any active vacancies in the Company at that point of time and only those whose performance is outstanding and meet job requirements.
