Job Description
Main focus of the position is to increase the Procurement departments effectiveness while supporting the Sr. Buyer with the day to day procurement tasks. We are looking for individuals who are driven to deliver high performance and who understand the fundamentals of how the procurement process works.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Support senior buyer with the RFQ process – Set Up, Communicate & Follow up Briefs/Bids, File Quotes and Setup Comparisons
Documentation Maintenance. Arranging/Filling Documents and Maintain Trackers throughout the P2P Cycle
Maintain the Contracts’ Database – Scanning, Filling, Data Entering into the Contracts Database
Setting up Presentations as per the guidance and content by the Sr. Buyer
Vendor Management. Support senior buyer with the Vendor Master Data Management
PO Maintenance - Support senior buyer with PO Filling Documentation and Tracking
Job Requirements
Degree in, Business Administration or a similar field of studies
Excellent English language skills
Microsoft Office knowledge especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Advanced presentation skills
