Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
To call 500 Villas and take appointments for monthly cleaning.Coordinate with client, subcontractor – engineers, technicians, labor.
Daily visit site informed by client engineers and trouble shoot all the components in the solar PV system.
Should be willing to take responsibility of picking up labor from labor camp, drop at labor camp and take the labor to site, drive from one villa to another villa (if required – Petrol for this activity to be paid by company on actual bills).
To complete various reports such as generation reports and cleaning records timely as required by the manager.
Accept tickets raised by client and visit site to diagnose and rectify the mechanical, civil and electrical faults in the PV system.
Lead, supervise technicians and cleaners to carry out the necessary work on site as per Sharaf DG Energy (SGGE) method statements and HSE standards
Ability to synthesize information and prepare several reports such as site inspection reports, cleaning reports, etc., meeting SDGE documentation standards.
Willingness to visit several sites distributed all over in Dubai & UAE in a day.
Embrace challenging weather conditions and communication challenges with subcontractors.
Coordinate and prepare reports while travelling.
Willing to climb warehouses at more than 20 meters height daily wearing safety harness and other safety gear.
Be proactive, responsible and accountable engineer to carry out the services.
Delegate, coordinate with clients and its executives diligently, politely at all times.
Willing to take up early morning (5 am) and late night (till 10 pm) assignments to carry out O&M activities based on project requirements.
Perform business development activities and bring business (if only asked by the management).
Be the interface to client to generate sales (if only asked by the management).
Raise work orders, invoices to client and vendors. Collect the same!!
Job Requirements
Reporting to clients, Sharaf DG Energy.
Be polite, patient, and honest and maintain integrity with all communications to client.
Carry out the tasks as required by clients.
Office hours 8 am to 7 pm.
Working days: Saturday to Thursday (Friday holiday if there is no work or else work on Friday and the next following day is holiday).
To have valid driving license and drive to various sites as and when required.
Should drive safely meeting safety standards.
Should conduct safely at site meeting SDGE HSE standards.
