Job Description
Assisting in preparation of monthly reporting including preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet etc. Assisting in extraction of GL data from SAP and preparation of reports Assisting in preparation of JV, making schedules, clearing and related works. Coordination with different teams and departments for reporting related activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Analysis
Assisting in preparation and monitoring of monthly OPEX and balance sheet analysis, Cost of sales Reconciliations
Assisting in detailed analysis of Variable cost for the company
Conducting various analysis for different financial parameters and preparation of dashboards for management
Assisting in preparation of different MIS, presentations, business reviews
Budget And Long-Term Plan (LTP)
Assisting in preparation of Annual Budget, Seasonalization and LTP for the company.
Co-ordinate with other functions of Finance and other departments to ensure completeness of the requirements for Budgeting and LTP work.
Conducting analysis to help with Budget and LTP work.
Other Adhoc works as and when Assigned including replacing of other team members on leave
Other Objectives
Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to position’s roles and responsibilities
HSE Objectives
Strict adherence and compliance towards Group QHSE policy with high Quality of QHSE performance and complying with affiliate’s QHSE Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations.
Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE, Energy policies and Manuals.
Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.
Job Requirements
Accounting and Financial rules
Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP
Understanding of different business processes
Enthusiastic, disciplined, having strong initiative and analytical abilities
Eye for detail and support the team in meeting the overall objectives
Possess good interpersonal and strong communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (excel, PPT, word etc.)
Education: Commerce Graduate; CPA / CA, Graduate in Finance/ Commerce or related fields
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
