Summer Internship Program - Medical Claims
As a fundamental member of the E-pharmacy Team, you will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and success of Vezeeta. This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as work at the forefront of the health-tech industry.
Responsibilities
Examine claims records and forms to determine whether the patient has medical insurance
Complete logs, reports, forms, and records to properly document medical claims
Reject or accept documentation, determine benefits due, and start the denial or payment process to resolve medical claims
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and guidelines in addition to insurance regulations
Ensure all claims information remains confidential
Requirements
Senior year students or fresh garduates of Pharmacy major
Preferably has experience in reading doctors prescriptions
Arabic & English proficiency
Strong competency of Microsoft Office tools
Fully available during internship duration for the 2 months of July & August

Summer Internship Program - Quality Assurance

Responsibilities
Help in planning, executing, and overseeing inspection and testing of all services and activities to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
Analyze and investigate Vezeeta products complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirement
Assist in developing or updating company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints
Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development
Help in training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processess

Responsibilities
Understanding how to track the day-to-day performance rates of the fleet.
Assisting in controlling the fleet allocation to keep healthy performance rates for each zone.
Assisting in taking the right actions to prevent any violations that may affect the fulfillment of the fleet
Providing periodical reports for the fleet performance.
Forecasting any hindering factors and taking proactive solutions for them.
Coordinating in putting the weekly schedule for the fleet.
Take part in onboarding the newly hired couriers.
Assisting in handling the couriers' salaries.
