    As a Purchasing Intern, you will go through an exciting 6-month learning experience under the tutorship of experienced managers.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Supporting daily activities and projects within the Purchasing department

    • Maintaining contacts between suppliers and internal business partners

    • Participating in supplier meetings and taking meeting notes

    • Requesting quotations from service providers

    • Following up goods deliveries and quotations with suppliers

    • Sourcing new suppliers if needed

    • Ensuring documentation of purchase orders and contracts

    • Supporting in other activities relevant to the purchasing area.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelors or master degree in business administration or equivalent

    • Fluent English, Arabic is a plus

    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
