Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Supporting daily activities and projects within the Purchasing department
Maintaining contacts between suppliers and internal business partners
Participating in supplier meetings and taking meeting notes
Requesting quotations from service providers
Following up goods deliveries and quotations with suppliers
Sourcing new suppliers if needed
Ensuring documentation of purchase orders and contracts
Supporting in other activities relevant to the purchasing area.
Job Requirements
Bachelors or master degree in business administration or equivalent
Fluent English, Arabic is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
