The Banker Program (Fresh Graduate Leadership Accelerator Journey)
‘The banker’ program is a rapid 6 month development and introduction into FAB of the future. You will have a front role from day 1, real work and real responsibility. You’ll be surrounded by the best in the business as you are coached and mentored, with a tailored development plan in the critical first steps of your career. At the end of 6 months, if you grab the spotlight as a ‘High Achiever’, you will have rapid progression onto our Nujoom Management Trainee Program. If it takes you a little longer to prove yourself as an achiever, we’ll work with you every step of the way with an award winning development team, training programs and direct coaching form your manager to make sure you get every opportunity to succeed.

You must have a GPA of 2.7 or higher and have a degree in business, finance, technology or HR. You will be under the age of 25 and available to start work immediately.
