Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Participate on various marketing activities building brand awareness and sales opportunities for all souring channels within the bank.
Introduce new avenues adding new companies to Retail Portfolio allowing employer penetration with impact to retail flow. Enhance existing relationships to ensure maximum conversion rates in terms of income generation.
Training and coordination to respective staff in regards of design and execution of events geared toward brand awareness, client education, relationship building and revenue growth.
Track, monitor, and evaluate marketing activities and accomplishments. Survey on effectiveness quality of efforts and solicit feedback for future actions.
Provide regular market feedback to Head of unit vital to review and improve Product Offering, design of campaigns and business acquisition.
Perform functions of Head of unit (in absence) as delegated and also manage special assignments in line with business needs.
Job Requirements
Minimum Educational Level: Bachelor Degree
5-7 years’ of relevant experience in the banking sector with a strong sales and service back ground.
Ability to develop, maintain and strengthen the external and internal Customer Relationship
Excellent communication with strong negotiation and presentation skills
A professional who will have a direct associations with corporate clients, execute marketing activities, bulk retail acquisitions, employer penetration with impact to the retail flow.
A collaborator to liaison with corporate association to open avenues for retail business income generation, managing external and internal relations.
Someone with good convincing and Negotiating Skills according to the complexity of business. Effective CRM skills
