    Able to increase focus on the Local market and drive commercialization of existing and new products within these markets. The individual will be supporting the product & channel Management functions through activities like, preparation & launch of cash management products & solutions

    Accountable for end to end complex implementations for cash management solutions / channels, including project execution. Act as a solution delivery manager for GTB business within CIB and contribute to improving Time-to-Revenue for GTB products

    Manage and execute project plans, coordinate with related departments and/or external vendors to fulfill the implementation requirements within the expected timeline, at the expected quality requirements agreed with the client

    Responsible for client’s GTB solution implementation for the duration of the implementation life cycle including project management, by exploring customers’ requirements and formulating project plans

    Coordinate with Channels, Product team, Advisory, Client Services, IT, and other stakeholders to provide support during service delivery and end-to-end enablement functions.


    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • To actively support the Product Management / Product Development / Channel Development functions within the transaction banking space in Egypt.

    • Work towards supporting continuous improvements in the financial, operational and service performance of the Corporate Payments, collections and Digital capabilities and increase market share vis-à-vis competition

    • Drive local regulatory initiatives like EG CBE Payments Gateway / EGACH etc and ensuring FAB gets a giant share of the market

    • Assist our clients in understanding and using our GTB products and channels; Lead implementation of local, regional cash management solutions of varying size and complexity

    • Responsible for Time-to-Revenue of deals assigned, ensuring clients are implemented in a fast, controlled and accurate way.

    • Continuously reduce implementation cycle time, minimize deal slippage & associated revenue conversion lead time, all aiming to improve Time-to-Revenue. Accurately report project status, escalating effectively for “on hold” & slow moving deals

    • Attend Client Meetings involving complex requirements, and own the responsibility of providing 'right solution' to the client. Provide guidance and support to RMs, Sales/Marketing teams for promoting the relevant products

    • Represent and where possible support the bank in driving Cash Management Product evolution in alignment with the bank's overall strategy and goals. Analyse and discuss client pricing discussion for presentation to Deal review Committee

    • Evaluate and recommend new ideas/solutions, acting as 'Customer's Voice' and delivering bottom line benefit. These can be on the areas of new proposition, Technology, Regulation, Industry and Market infrastructure.


    Job Requirements

    • Minimum a University Degree in finance, economics, Information Technology or equivalent

    • Good understanding of local and international GTB products, international cash management electronic platform operations

    • 3-5 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry

    • Strong results orientation – evidence of proactively driving projects to conclusion

    • Negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills

    • Ability to manage high workload within a pressurized environment

    • Strong work ethic – willingness to take a ‘hands on’ approach
