Support the Head of Operations in daily activities
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Posting entries in the Core Banking System
Preparation of charges
Updating VAT statements
Management of clients' documentation and folders
Arranging original document/guarantees shipment
Register and Maintaining Record of Documents and LCs received
Maintaining Filing and Updating Loan folders
Ensure real-time escalation of any possible operational incident/loss/complaints to Team Leader
Liaising with other depts.
Job Requirements
General understanding of International business, its products and common practices.
Previous experience in Financial Institution is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration (or related fields).
Flexible attitude towards work assignments, eager to learn and able to work in team.
Effective time management to meet deadlines and daily cut-offs.
Fluent in English.
Interest and/or knowledge of International Banking Operations, import/export financing dynamics, corporate finance business and related products.
Good knowledge of Office tools (particularly Excel and Words).
