    To provide a high level of administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and Chairman’s offices ensuring smooth day to day functioning and effective coordination with all internal as well as external stakeholders.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Assist in the day to day functioning of the CEO and Chairman’s offices in an effective and professional manner.

    • Manage the daily schedule of meetings, appointments, and other engagements to enable both the CEO and Chairman to organize their work day effectively.

    • Maintain regular interaction and liaison with all Group Heads and senior management staff on behalf of both the offices.

    • Maintain regular interaction and liaison with external organizations like UAE Central Bank, UBF, other governmental bodies etc.

    • Manage logistics and other travel related arrangements as and when required for both CEO and Chairman.

    • Effectively liaison with Marketing and Corp Communications teams for any press releases/media interviews etc.

    • Manage and coordinate events, meetings and other forums that are required to be organized.


    Job Requirements

    • Should be a qualified Graduate or Post Graduate from a well reputed University.

    • Should possess a high level of maturity and good communication skills that are essential to balance the needs and expectations from this critical role.

    • Should be able to work under pressure with short timelines and adeptly handle challenging situations or scenarios.

    • Should possess excellent command over written and spoken English and Arabic which is required to perform the job effectively.

    • Should have great interpersonal skills and work cohesively within a team environment.

    • Highly computer literate and possess excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
