Banque du Caire - BDC is currently recruiting for the role of Head of Portfolio & Campaign management
Head of Portfolio & Campaign management covers the full spectrum of overseeing and administering the card programs, portfolios & Customer lifecycle, and accounts. It encompasses risk management, account management, portfolio reporting and monitoring, and many other activities. Offer the customer efficient services and responses while internally controlling costs, appropriately managing risks and revenues, and achieving corporate and regulatory compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Responsible for developing and executing direct portfolio stimulation and growth campaigns for card products. The role will support the planning, development, and implementation of portfolio growth tactics, existing customer management strategies, and the overall management of pricing initiatives and utilization promotions.
Create portfolio management strategies to maximize portfolio growth across all customer contact points, including statements, customer service, direct/ e-mail, online/digital, and branch; Design, develop and oversee customer management programs including:
Accountability for all credit card balance transfer programs for new and existing customers.
Accountability for portfolio pricing initiatives including seasonal promotions and utilization campaigns.
Accountability for the management of all customer rewards programs, including responsibility for rewards expense budget and reserve, pricing of offerings, promotion, and working with third-party partners including fulfillment agencies.
Build strong relations with different stakeholders internally and externally
Align closely with Customer Service to build and maintain a strong customer experience
Evaluate & drive promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line and customer segment
Collaborate with Product, Credit, Marketing, Finance, and Operations in the execution of such strategies
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and work experience in a relevant field.
At least 7 to 12 years work experience in cards business and/or portfolio management role. Customer life cycle management is a plus.
Numbers oriented and familiar with data modeling tools, forecasting of portfolio indicators and product analysis to capitalize on opportunities
Ability to make decisions independently and obtain maximum staff performance.
Excellent data analytical skills
Retail banking background with strong knowledge of different customer segments, customer behaviors and the essence of customer service excellence.
Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent managerial and leadership skills
