The EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year competition recognizes talented young women with the potential to have a fulfilling career in EY Strategy and Transaction (SaT).
EY SaT helps companies drive inclusive growth by focusing on their capital and transaction strategy through to execution. In an environment of unprecedented disruption, we support the flow of capital across borders, help bring new products and innovation to market, and enable organizations to reshape themselves for a better future.
To do this, it’s vital that we build diverse and purpose-driven teams. We’re looking for women from varying backgrounds with the right mindset to help EY clients navigate complexity and build a better working world.

The first phase of the competition takes place at a country level. We will challenge your ability to think critically and to come up with creative solutions for complex problems. You will undertake both group and individual challenges, to give you the opportunity to demonstrate how you can contribute to a high-performing team.
Country winners will have the opportunity to represent their country at the global final in April 2021. Finalists will work together to solve problems for a real client, culminating in a celebration where we will announce the 2021 EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year.

UAE Winner
UAE winner will receive a paid Strategy and Transactions internship in UAE EY office and progress to the Final Corporate Finance Women of the Year Competition.
The competition is split into four stages. Throughout, we will be looking for evidence of a well-articulated career purpose and analytical strength — as well as the practical skills that will distinguish you in the competition.
Job Requirements
Female UAE national
Undergraduate degree: completed in 2020 or graduating before December 2021
Postgraduate Programs/Master’s Degree: completed in 2020 or graduating before December 2021 with no relevant work experience for more than 6 months.
Students who started their master’s directly after completing their bachelor’s degree.
Degrees: Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Economics, Political Science, or any degree with a minor in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
