ALEXBANK is currently recruiting for the role of Head of CSR & Shared Value Unit
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Plan and manage the CSR & Shared Value portfolio and budget .
Translate ALEXBANK CSR & Sustainable Development Strategy into sustainable projects and impactful initiatives.
Assess and select partnership requests in accordance to CSR & Sustainable Development Office Strategy.
Ensure proper tasks allocation to all team members.
Oversee day to day tasks relevant to all team members.
Guarantee all partner and beneficiary relations are proactively managed.
Support CSR & Sustainable Development Office Head by acting as a focal point for the Bank’s biggest CSR & Shared Value partners, including strategic partners in development and key nation-wide charity associations (ie. Ministry of Social Solidarity, Central Bank of Egypt, Italian Embassy in Cairo, Sawiris Foundation for Social Development, CARE Egypt, Egyptian Food Bank, etc…) .
Lead key CSR projects and initiatives like “Ebda3 men Masr”, “Ghalya” and Improving the Living Conditions of Marginalized Children.
Lead key employee engagement initiatives and in-house events (ie. Blood Donation Campaigns, Monthly Forsa Bazaar, Ramadan initiatives).
Generate follow-up and yearly reports including concrete results versus previously set objectives and KPIs.
Manage the execution of CSR & Shared Value allocated budget and financial reporting in coordination with Social Performance and Reporting Officer.
Ensure periodic field visits take place to monitor and evaluate progress of projects and events in coordination with Monitoring & Evaluation Officer and relevant Project Manager (CSR & Shared Value Officer).
Ensure detailed and periodic reporting on projects and events progress to be presented to ALEXBANK Management and relevant counterparts in the ISP Head Office.
Work closely with peer units and other support functions within ALEXBANK, in particular other units within the CSR & SD Office, as well as Marketing, PR, HR, Internal Communication, Retail and Legal Offices.
Use internal communication to reinforce the Bank’s CSR & Sustainable Development Strategy.
Improve the awareness of CSR & Shared Value projects across the organization.
Partner with external agencies (PR, Advertising and Media) in order to promote CSR & Shared Value initiatives among the general public.
