As an intern in the Human Resources , you will be living an exciting and stimulating learning-on-the-job experience for 6 months, with a mix of day-to-day operations and projects, in our HR department in Dubai.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Involvement in all steps of the recruiting process (job posting, pre-screening of CV, interviews with candidates together with the recruiters).
People and relevant data analytics using existing HR data in the organization and to initiate best use cases for HR efficiency.
Responsible for HR-IT projects.
Employer branding: maintaining contacts with target universities, event planning, participation to relevant job fairs as Bosch staff.
Social Media: support to human resources social media activities on LinkedIn and Facebook.
Support in the on boarding and exit procedures.
General support on HR administration (Visas, certifications, records, etc).
Job Requirements
Bachelor or master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, liberal arts or equivalent.
Fluent English, Arabic is a plus.
High interest in data and people analytics with exposure in working with big data.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Word, Excel & Power Point.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills, aptitude to innovate and flexibility.
Passion for Human Resources.
