Job Description
Offer full range of services to Gold & Diamond customers and cross sell ADIB consumer banking products, Investments. Support Relationship Mangers and handle services in their absence.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Prospect new business opportunities within the main role of servicing customers.
Support Relationship Managers.
Proactively upsell / cross-sell products and services to customers
Inform designated customers about their eligibility for special offers / complimentary gifts based on their transactions & invested assets
Proactively request customers to refer others
Community Involvement – must be a socially active opinion leader

Job Requirements
Bilingual (Arabic & English)
Working knowledge of investment products & banking operations (further training & certification to be provided)
Strong communication skills & customer orientation
Ability to interact with high-end, affluent customers of all nationalities
High Personal Integrity
Ability to perform basic mathematical computation
Referral Specialist
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Words & Excel
Customer Facing (e.g. Front Office) Experience in Banks or Financial Brokerage Companies (in an advisory role).
