Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware, to maintain daily performance of computer systems.
Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
Gain feedback from users about computer usage.
Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Job Requirements
Adequate understanding of Information Technology operations and networking issues.
Good understanding of the Bank’s users needs and concerns.
Education: Computer Science or Related field.
Kuwaiti Nationals.
