Kuwait Finance House - KFH is currently recruiting for the role of Business Continuity Management Analyst
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Assist in developing a periodic plan to ensure regular Business Impact Analysis exercises are conducted by respective functions in order to determine key processes, dependencies, and financial impact and recovery requirements.
Perform independent Threat Risk Assessments to ensure key disruptive risks are identified and mitigated by respective risks owners.
Assist business functions in conducting functional Business Impact Analysis and advice on gaps identified through Business Impact Analysis and Threat Risk Assessment activities and follow up on the remedial actions.
Prepare Post Incident Reports including root cause analysis, problem solving and identify lessons learnt for potential improvements and optimizations.
Perform a disruptive threat and vulnerability assessment across the supply chain to identify those areas most prone to incidents and disruption and liaise with respective functions for implementing effective remedial actions.
Provide the necessary know-how as a subject matter expert and consultation to guide and train the business regarding BCM requirements, best practices, inherent risks, and audit related aspects.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, business or equivalent.
0-2 years of experience. Relevant experience is preferable
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
Knowledge in the business continuity tools and methodologies.
Knowledge in setting up disaster recovery sites.
Knowledge in assessing the business critical processes and functions.
Understand key risks and threats to the business continuity.
