Banque du Caire - BDC is currently recruiting for the role of ATM & E-Payments Solution Specialist
Responsible for ATM & E-Payments environment changes and new services including all new initiatives and projects related to ATM ,Switch, Card Management system and any other E-Payment channel in addition to maintain and manage new internal projects, integrations and enhancement requested from business
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Responsible for communication between several groups within and outside the bank on all aspects of the system and interfaces related to ATM & e-payments
Work with ATM and payments solutions system providers and any other links in the payment chain.
Perform duties and responsibilities specific to department functions and activities.
Enhance the performance of current solutions through the usual health & quality check
Gathering business requirements related to any new CR or Project from business side.
Analysis and design all business requests related to E-payments , Switch and Card management system (CMS)
Build a clear business cases from a technical perspective to execute it with the best quality and lower cost.
Working on new projects, CRs with team & vendors (if their interference is needed) in implementing and solving all issues and detect root cause for any issue to prevent occurring it again.
Performing the full testing phase related to any new projects and CRs on ATM & E-Payments environment.
Working on the Deployment of new changes and projects on production environment.
Trace and analysis all applications issues related to new projects to eliminate issues.
Work in MC/ VISA certifications
Work, customize Switch interfaces customization & ATM flow changes
Working as a second line support for ATM support team
HSM management for keys generations
Job Requirements
Knowledge of UNIX is a must.
ATM / POS / IST Switch deep knowledge.
Basic Knowledge of C++/Java Programming is required.
EMV /NDC
Web sphere knowledge is preferable
SQL / scripts
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, information technology, or a similar field from reputable universities.
Experience 0-3 years
