Facilities Management & Protection Security Intern
Duration: 6 months
As a Facilities Management & Protection Security Intern, you will go through an exciting 6-month learning experience under the tutorship of experienced managers.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Active support in updating and further developing facilities and protection security manual, based upon relevant central guidelines & directive
Co-ordination and regular communication with Dubai Airport Free Zone with regards to facility maintenance, security support, safety topics
Support with small to medium projects on inspiring work place topics
Handling internal customer requests (e.g. regular office maintenance, new furniture/key requests)
Support with parking card requests and parking reports
Handling internal landscaping maintenance and reports
Support with pantry supplies management
Support with contractor management
Ensure that all departmental files and back-up records are updated and maintained correctly in physical or soft format – complete administration
Active support with facility and protection security topics (PRS) (Access control management, Access cards, entry and exit process, visitor management, monitoring tasks of security officers, etc.)
Job Requirements
Bachelor or master degree in engineering, Facility Management, or equivalent
Fluent English
Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel, AutoCAD is an advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of access control systems, security risk evaluation and visitor management systems preferred
Experience in project management and office coordination is an advantage
