The CIB Egypt is currently recruiting for the role of Foreign LGs Officer
Distribute daily work, set priorities, review and authorize different transactions pertaining to trade finance products (letter of credit, letter of guarantee, documentary collection etc…) according to the approved bank standards and SOP’s in alignment with CBE regulation, international rules and compliance within the TAT to ensure proper implementation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Check and authorize trade finance transaction within his/her limit, SWIFT authorization whenever applicable to ensure all the required controls are in place.
Ensure that all transactions implemented are executed according to the approved regulations and procedures on timely manner.
Ensure that any transactions with financial impact on the bank or customers are reviewed in meticulous manner to mitigate any potential risk.
Ensure that the related payable, receivable, suspense accounts are strictly maintained.
Make sure that no outstanding case do exist without valid justification to mitigate any potential risk.
Set priorities to subordinates, distribute daily work, set time frame for implementation and follow up on performance to ensure smooth workflow of operations. Policies, Processes and Procedures

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or equivalent certificate.
Officer: Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in banking operations (at least 3 years of them at trade finance operations).
CDCS, CSDG, CITF or equivalent is preferable
Good communication Skills
Good command of English and Arabic languages
Good Analytical thinking and problem solving
Proficient User of MS Office
Critical judgment and decision-making
