Job Description
Provide support during main technical and promotional activities to International Multichannel (MCE) Therapeutic Area consultants in Immunology.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Update webcasts communication packages and add graphical enhancements
Update implementation guides of promotional materials
Coordinate and brief creative and development agencies on daily operative tasks
Purchase Order request
Results tracking and consolidation
Management of VVPM platform: upload of promotional material on VVPM platform, support to internal approval, content factory catalogue update.
Quick small fixes on images, email designs etc.
Collect feedback from affiliates on main international materials and solutions
Job Requirements
Master’s degree, preferably from Communication Science and Digital Marketing schools
Experience with VeevaVault PromoMats (VVPM) and in the healthcare field is strongly preferred
Preferably located in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Turkey, or Algeria.
Fluent in English both written and verbally
Able to work remotely in a virtual setup
Good analytical skills
Project management skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to quickly learn and navigate several internal processes, and content management systems
Strong communication, time management, and problem solving skills
