Alahli Bank of Kuwait - ABK is currently recruiting for the role of Administrative Assistant - Direct Sales
Perform the administrative and clerical work as well as handling correspondence and filing. To provide operational support with electronic and hard copy filing and record systems and resolving issues around routine administrative enquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Correspondence Prepare emails, memos, reports and other correspondences as and when required.
Office systems Operate manual and computerized office system, filling and paper work.
Filing Carry out filing ensuring that files are kept up to date.
Communication Communicate information that needs to be disseminated to other divisions.
Messages Receive and screen visitors and/ or telephone calls, provide general information by answering questions and requests.
Document preparation Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents
Diary management Schedule assigned appointments, meetings and conferences and sort necessary logistics preparations for meetings.
Circulation lists Ensure that various delivery lists are kept up to date.
Correspondence Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Job Requirements
Diploma Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience in General Studies
Minimum of 3 years clerical and administrative experience.
Experience in providing a range of support service
Filing, documentation access experience
Broad knowledge of filing, archiving & documenting management.
Knowledge of bank’s services, disclosure practices & procedures.
E.g. Excel, PowerPoint Word etc.
