Alahli Bank of Kuwait - ABK is currently recruiting for the role of POS Support Officer
Communicate with ABK merchants, knet co. and other banks to provide our merchants with high level of service and handle all the back office work for POS and PG sales and merchants call.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Customer Service: Receive and welcome walk-in wholesalers and handle calls (inbound and outbound).
Product Knowledge: Inform existing and potential wholesalers about ABK products, services in detail and clearly.
Coordination: Check and Process all POS & PG related applications (Example: Power card, Knet Co. online & Other Banks correspondence).
Follow-up: Follow up with POS & PG wholesalers to ensure that the products and the services are delivered and meeting the merchant’s satisfaction.
Report: Prepare POS & PG related reports.
Documentation: Responsible for all merchants related filing system.
Communication: Receive correspondence and make distribution.
Process: Handle properly all tasks and/or projects assigned to him/her by POS & PG
Job Requirements
High School Education or Equivalent Certification/Experience in Business Administration and Management
At least 2 years in cards operations or equivalent experience
Effective communications
Problem solving skills
Interpersonal skills (teamwork and collaboration)
Good knowledge of Point of Sales Machines
