Dubai Islamic Bank is currently recruiting fo the role of Senior Officer - Retail Scorecards Monitoring & Management
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Define, build and configure SAS- DMS / BRM (Business Rules Manager) to automate business policies. Arranging the business logics into SAS-BRM Rules, Rule sets and Rule flows.
Creating/updating of variables & terms from vocabulary in systems for business rule configuration.
Work with policy managers to support and create Rule Harvesting Workbook.
Create and segregate the raw inputs, derived inputs and outputs for mapping with business parameters. Preparing the SQL logic for new derived variables, terms and code for variable creation in coding layer.
Creating, updating and identifying the data mapping between DIB systems and SAS using SAS Code and of XML mappings
Design and maintain system logics for De-dup and new criteria’s and/or making changes in the Data Flux Data Management Studio where the data quality checks run. Performing comprehensive UAT in coordination with different departments for policy and De-dup changes (General/Referral/AECB/CPV Policy). First level support for RCD, Sales and Digital team on all the policy and De-dup related production issues for retail products (General/Referral/AECB/CPV Policy)
Preparing the UAT test case scenarios and updating in ALM system and identifying the root cause and fixing the issues highlighted during the UAT. Preparing the RFC for Production deployment. Handling Post Go live issues in coordination with IT and business
Configure and compile the rules and do sanity testing with multiple scenarios.
Liaisons with Scorecard Modeling Manager to configure the models within the SAS modules for real time decisions.
Automating the MIS Decks using SAS / Netezza/ DB2/SQL to ensure quality assurance and integrity of data. Producing Retail scorecard related MIS for management to monitor retail portfolio performance and Support risk managers in providing timely reports to different areas within the Credit function as well as to the other departments of retail banking to keep the management updated.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Other industry certifications or credentials will be pluses (e.g. SAS certifications)
Minimum 3-4 years of extensive experience in an institution or Technical Solution Provider or Software consultant company with first hand practical experience in SAS DMS or BRM system.
Advanced knowledge in developing analysis queries and procedures in SQL, SAS tools.
Advance knowledge in SAS – DMS or BRM.
Knowledge of SOAP UI testing.
Good experience in SAS Data Flux.
Knowledge of the UAE/ Gulf consumer/ retail lending market, its dynamics, pros and cons, etc. is an added advantage.
