MiDBank is currently recruiting for the role of Social Media Agent
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Moderate all comments on social media posts and ads
Maintain the moderation guidelines and ensure that they are up to date
Dealing with all related stakeholders to solve any customer complains coming from social media
Communicating with the technical team on customer’s technical issues
Preparing daily, weekly, annual reports for all social media perspective
Following up with customers and having feedback about the bank services and products regularly
Regularly report feedback insights from the bank social media platforms
Keep an eye on other banks social media platforms and come up with a best practice
Job Requirements
Well-developed communication skills, both verbal & written
Excellent Critical thinker & problem solving skills
Must have social media moderation background
2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Good computer skills
Excellent customer focus skills
