    MiDBank is currently recruiting for the role of Social Media Agent

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Moderate all comments on social media posts and ads

    • Maintain the moderation guidelines and ensure that they are up to date

    • Dealing with all related stakeholders to solve any customer complains coming from social media

    • Communicating with the technical team on customer’s technical issues

    • Preparing daily, weekly, annual reports for all social media perspective

    • Following up with customers and having feedback about the bank services and products regularly

    • Regularly report feedback insights from the bank social media platforms

    • Keep an eye on other banks social media platforms and come up with a best practice

    Job Requirements

    • Well-developed communication skills, both verbal & written

    • Excellent Critical thinker & problem solving skills

    • Must have social media moderation background

    • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

    • Good computer skills

    • Excellent customer focus skills
