Job Description
Raytheon Emirates is looking for a summer Cyber Security intern for 8 weeks. The opportunity for undergraduate students to experience working for a global company such as Raytheon Emirates (REL).
In addition as a Cyber Intern you will interact on a regular basis with the Raytheon Emirates Cyber Business Lead to understand and gain insight about how Cyber is worked at a global company like Raytheon and experience working and training on the Cyber Range.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Be exposed to diverse areas of the business within Raytheon such as the distinct business units, the various landed companies, and the different business functions with Raytheon Emirates such as Communications, Human Resources, Finance, Business Development, etc.
Expand your knowledge of the global market that will enrich your personal development and growth in your career life.
Have immense hands on training on technological platform such as the Cyber Range offered by Raytheon to upscale your cyber security skills;
Personally develop through your interactions with other cultures, meet new people, learn new things from them and expand your understanding of other people.
Job Requirements
Passion for and high interest in having hands on experience in executing various scenarios and battle rooms using the Cyber Range platform.
Minimum skills required: good communication and presentation skills, problem solving, research and analysis, and great computer skills.
Qualification required: undergraduate bachelor degree in Cyber Security, Information Security / Computer Science / Computer Engineering with concentration in Cyber Security.
Information technology (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point).
High level of English fluency both verbal and written.
Completed, at minimum, 60 hours of college credit towards their degree as of the summer
