Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Support individual account strategies in line with company goals and objectives; analyze/solve customer business
Implement and sustain lean management programs such as (ex: 5S, Kaizens, One-point lesson, Poka Yoke)
Frame and implement employee engagement programs (ex: Energy Saving Campaigns, Safety Champion)
Assist in converting manual tasks to Digital Applications using internal tools (ex: PowerApps)
Assist in improvement project implementation using DMAIC approach
Conduct feasibility study for improvement ideas suggested by other team members
Create creative presentations using PowerPoint to demonstrate improvement project results to management
Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to position’s roles and responsibilities
Implement group norms related to HSEQ and adhere to company policies & systems, maintain TRIR 0.
Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliate’s HSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities
Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE, Energy policies and Manuals.
Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.

Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in English or other languages is an add-on
Creative, self-motivated, organized, ability to plan and independently carrying out the job with the focus of deadlines as agreed
Education: Mechanical / Industrial Engineering Degree is a must to have
