The Commercial International Bank - CIB Egypt is currently recruiting for the role of Unsecured Credit Administrator
To handle Business Banking closing, drawdown and corporate opening account processes in a timely manner to ensure that all administration requirements are in compliance with the Business Banking Policy Guide & Central Bank of Egypt
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Review original documents after customer’s signature to ensure that these documents are fully complied with the approval terms and conditions & CBE regulations to activate the facilities
Review the drawdown approval and all related documents to ensure that these documents are fully complied with the approval terms and conditions before client’s disbursement
Activate new buyers and suppliers on the bank’s system for the purpose of facility disbursement.
Prepare all required documents for the issuance of credit guaranteed insurance policy.
Review corporate account opening forms and all related documents to ensure that these documents are fully complied with the SOP to open the required company’s account for the purpose of facility activation.
Update approved Credit Application /Memorandum including needed and expired documents on documentation system to ensure easy retrieval when needed
Organize all reviewed original documents and approved packages for safekeeping and archiving purposes
Support the development and maintenance of effective techniques and URD’s, to facilitate Activation and Follow up process
Create Facility Report matching with facility restructure and reflecting all approved conditions.
Participate in preparing for committees’ meetings either conducted physically or via email through scanning the cases.
Follow up in a timely manner on CBE & Business Banking Policy requirements, missing & elapsed target dates documentation & highlight discrepancies to concerned parties to ensure solid control & safeguard CIB’s interest.
Highlight to the concerned parties any deficiencies in the Collateral, Security & Support Package to safeguard CIB position & protect bank’s interests & rights.
Report any possible fraud and/or risks cases to all concerned parties.
Contribute in the process of developing the Bank’s Business Banking Policy , Process & Procedures SOP, Approval authorities and recommend changes that leads to lessen the credit cycle turnaround time & Risk measures
Job Requirements
University Degree (Business Administration, Accounting section or Equivalent)
Minimum 0-2 for Adminstrator years of experience in Credit Administration &/or operations &/or branches background
Excellent command of English language
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Power point)
Knowledge of legal aspects, documentation and forgery
Knowledge of operation
Accuracy and attention to details
Time Management
Sound Risk Awareness
Communication Skills
Cooperative within a team
