Mashreq Bank is currently recruiting for the role of Assistant Manager, Digital Content
Design, create and track Direct Marketing content to a brief across the retail segments via various online platforms such as emailers, digital banners (web & mobile), push notifications, SMS, under brand guidelines
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Ability to independently create EDMs (e-mailers) and banners for website & mobile app, design and edit using Adobe Photoshop as per brand guidelines and without compromising on quality
Creation of HTML EDMs for customer communications that can be sent from dedicated email, ensure campaign tracking is in place
Ability to conceptualize and represent product/proposition into digital banners, SMS and EDMs to communicate to our customers in line with the marketing objectives
Excellent knowledge of web/digital technology and tools to measure effectiveness and insights / results from the direct marketing campaign, and share this with the product marketing team and segments as learnings to improve upcoming campaigns
Liaise with all business segments and Business Analytics unit to organize the calendar and execution of EDMs, SMS, push notifications & in-app banners on Mashreq Mobile & Online Banking
Work closely with marketing team to bring to life below-the-line marketing initiatives
Develop internal e-newsletter templates for various departments in the bank
Excellent communication skill, proofread all communications and ensure all direct communications are broadcasted accurately in timely manner with necessary approval in place
Will use and monitor digital tools, analytics and trends to understand the target market and what, where, how and why content is consumed by the customers of Mashreq
Operationally and technically hands on
Job Requirements
Ability to work independently & as a team player
Technical hands on of HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Tridion, ASP, Google Analytics, Java Script, and a few years of experience in working with websites
Strong command on language, conversing skills, analytical and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and strong time management skills
Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role managing effective direct marketing
