    Link Aero Trading Agency is currently currently recruiting for the role of Secretary

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Answer and direct phone calls.

    • Deal with incoming and outgoing post.

    • Type up documents, for example letters and reports.

    • Cover reception duties, like greeting and looking after visitors.

    • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

    • Maintain contact lists.

    • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.

    • Develop and maintain a filing system.

    • Stock take and re-order supplies.

    • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities.

    • Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff.

    • Perform data entry and scan documents.

    • Assist in resolving any administrative problems.

    • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.

    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers & staff.

    • Follow up all Shipments to the stations.

    • Book company car for outside meetings, missions.

    • Perform other related duties as required.


    Job Requirements

    • Female Only.

    • Bachelor's degree.

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same field.

    • Must be a graduate from a foreign language school.

    • Excellent command of English is a must.

    • Must be a resident in surrounding neighborhoods. Zamalek, Mohandesin or Dokki.
