Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in contact center field, aviation or travel industry.
- Can handle non-voice channels like live chat and WhatsApp with agreed quality standards and SLA.
- Advanced Amadeus using skills with 2-year experience.
- Excellent knowledge of aviation products and technicalities.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including overnight shifts.
- Excellent English language communication skills Written/Spoken.
- Strong problem solving and stress management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong selling and customer service skills.
