Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years' Experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- English Language full proficiency written and spoken.
- Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong critical thinking abilities to handle operational issues and disruptions effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with various departments, including crew, ground staff, and air traffic control.
- Ability to monitor various operational aspects, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment, often under pressure.
- Must be willing to work rotational hours, including nights and weekends.
