Duration: 1 Year Intern
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Provide HR operational support with focus on compensation & benefits projects & talent management projects
Manage market survey analysis, internal reporting, and process documentation
Support annual HR program cycles such as trainings and talent management cycle/s
Participate in ad-hoc assigned HR projects
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant study
Maximum of 2 years of relevant HR experience
Fluent English speaker
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Strong commitment to confidentiality
Ability to work independently and to manage time effectively
