Beyti is looking for young graduates and early career professionals to join its Future Leaders Program that will start on April 2021.
We are looking forward through this program to select Beyti Future Leaders, this program is an accelerated development Program that equips graduates with the necessary knowledge, skills and attributes.

This 36 months program is designed to develop Beyti Future Leaders in two tracks; Manufacturing & Quality.
Job Requirements
Newly Graduates: ONLY Graduates of 2019 & 2020.
Grade: Minimum grade of "Very good" or Equivalent GPA.
Previous internship experience is a MUST.
Good Command of MS Office (Excel & Power point)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Flexibility in terms of location.
Manufacturing Track:
Mechanical OR Mechatronics and Electrical Graduates
Agriculture – Food Science - Dairy Graduates.
QPD Track: Agriculture - Food Science - Dairy Graduates.
