Henkel Egypt | Process Implementation (Purchasing) - One Year Internship
Intern's Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Assist in collecting data for delegation/undelegation from countries
Work on supplier segmentation with countries
Support on regional processes (E-catalogues/Invoice Automation)
Support purchasing projects (data collection, preparation of supplier day, preparation of alignment meetings with BU)
Support on local IMS contracts for Egypt
Support admin requests from Global/Regional teams (support in filling/steering RPO support for the files: Payment terms, Spend baseline, delegation, segmentation, delisting, index etc.)
Communicate with regional counter parts to ensure costs are allocated under correct cost centers
Internship Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Accounting background is preferred
0-2 years of experience
Fluent English speaker
Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel & PowerPoint)
Team-working abilities, negotiation & communication skills
