    Henkel Egypt | Process Implementation (Purchasing) - One Year Internship

    Intern's Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Assist in collecting data for delegation/undelegation from countries

    • Work on supplier segmentation with countries

    • Support on regional processes (E-catalogues/Invoice Automation)

    • Support purchasing projects (data collection, preparation of supplier day, preparation of alignment meetings with BU)

    • Support on local IMS contracts for Egypt

    • Support admin requests from Global/Regional teams (support in filling/steering RPO support for the files: Payment terms, Spend baseline, delegation, segmentation, delisting, index etc.)

    • Communicate with regional counter parts to ensure costs are allocated under correct cost centers

    Internship Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in any discipline

      Accounting background is preferred

    • 0-2 years of experience

    • Fluent English speaker

    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel & PowerPoint)

    • Team-working abilities, negotiation & communication skills
